Highland lochs can be a real adventure. Many of them need to be walked to so the day would start with a few hours hiking. And the anticipation grows all the time until you finally reach the loch and wow the view is breath taking. The trout in these lochs normally don't grow massive but they are totally wild and probably never seen a anglers fly! Not to mention there exquisite marking make the whole journey well worth it.
