Rhudy and Heather from California were only going to be in Edinburgh for a couple of days but fishing was high on their agenda. The fishing trip was a surprise for Rhudy and the goal was a Brown Trout or a Pike thankfully we managed to get both! With 12 fish to the net and several more missed this was an epic day.
Heather really had a blast with these Scottish Pike as they followed the lures right to the boat. The day went in a flash as it always does but it was a pleasure to spend time with some new friends.

What a wonderful Gentleman Loren was a man that had caught fish all over the world but never caught a fish in Scotland so the pressure was on! I new straight away when I meet Patricia and Loren we were in for a day of laughs and fishing stories we honestly never stopped talking all day a lovely couple.
When Patricia got the bite off this one it was electric as it was her first ever Scottish Trout. As ever in Scotland the weather can change in an instant with bright sunshine one minute and wind and rain the next but we fished through it all and ended up with some lovely fish to the boat.
